The Saudi Ministry of Information has successfully concluded the first edition of “Media Hajj Forum” held in partnership with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Guests of Allah Service program. Over 2,000 journalists, media professionals, government officials, and visitors attended the forum, which featured a media and technology exhibition with over 150 local, Arab, and international media outlets. The event also offered an online platform called VPC, which more than 1,450 journalists from different countries used to participate remotely. The Media Hajj Forum aimed to display innovative communication technologies to improve media coverage of the Hajj season.
